A traditional new construction on a small in-town lot requires creative planning

The clients were building a new construction complete with a detached garage, a pool, and rose gardens but impervious lot coverage restricted the use of traditional hardscaping. Belgard permeable pavers offer the traditional look of brick but provided a creative permeable solution that works as both parking and a courtyard.

My role involved:

• Assisting landscape design

• Drafting landscape and hardscape plans

• Client communication

• Rendering

• Vendor coordination

• Contractor management

• Project permitting

• Drafting construction details
