A home and landscape renovation in Brookhaven

The clients were updating their historic home after 30 years of living on the property. They desired to update the front yard and backyard, facilitate vehicular and pedestrian access, provide some screening from their neighbors, and add landscaping.

My role involved:

  • Project administration

  • Assisting landscape design

  • Client communication

  • Plan and construction detail drafting

  • Contractor management

  • Ordering

  • Rendering

  • Vendor management (custom fabrication elements)
