New construction for an active family

The clients were building a new construction complete with all the elements to enjoy both the indoors and outdoors. The client needed ample parking that doubled as a basketball court, outdoor gathering and seating areas, plus a pool.

My role involved:

• Assisting landscape design

• Drafting landscape and hardscape plans

• Drafting construction details

• Client communication

• Rendering

• Contractor management
