The Lawrenceville Housing Authority (LHA) provides decent, safe, and sanitary housing to the low-income citizens of Lawrenceville and the surrounding areas
Since its establishment, LHA has developed 9 housing sites with a total of 212 public housing units. LHA knows that quality places to live have incredibly positive effects on a family's health, on a student's education, and a neighborhood's overall attractiveness and viability.
This property on Grady Holt is fully occupied by senior living. I designed the plans to provide residents with updated landscaping and private patios to better enjoy the outdoors. Additionally, the plants utilize native plants and maximize a healthy tree canopy to shade the outdoor areas and reduce energy bills while supporting wildlife. The plantings are naturalized, mimic the calming benefits of nature, create a unique sense of place for residents, and are intended to reduce the intensive mowing needs on the property.
